Paris’ Boudoir Journey
Client Review
Paris is one of the many goddesses that enter the studio feeling nervous and anxious and leave the studio full of confidence.
I remember the day of her first photoshoot so clearly! But let’s back up a bit first… Paris was in my inbox ready for a session, chomping at the bit to get her date scheduled. I remember her saying “I’m so nervous for this, yet so excited. I talked to my boyfriend and he said I should just go for it! So I’m going for it!”
Before her session, we had communicated back and forth about little details, what outfits she wanted to wear during her session, and how to come prepared. I saw her commenting throughout my women’s only Facebook Group and knew she was getting excited for her session! She wanted to know every last detail! Paris was reading and commenting on other clients’ experiences mentioned in the group, commenting on posts about outfits and how to prep. I remember thinking “OMG I can’t wait to have Paris in the studio because I can tell that she is SO PUMPED for her session!!”
On the day of her session she came in and was fairly quiet while getting her hair and makeup done. I wondered if she was nervous or why she was so quiet, but I continued on as I normally do with blasting good music and chatting with Paris to calm her nerves. Our glam team is the absolute best at pampering and helping women feel at ease too. She started to open up and relax!
Then the unexpected happened… we started the photoshoot and Paris came out of her shell so quickly! I coached her through the first pose and she was nailing all of them after that! She was completely relaxed, prancing around the studio in a big glamourous robe, OWNING her confidence. She was fully embracing herself and her beauty. She told me about how she was so nervous until we did that first pose and all of her fears melted away.
I absolutely loved watching her come out of her shell and step into her power. At her gallery reveal session, Paris was in awe of her images. I watched her face light up at seeing herself in this new way. We talked about how she was struggling to appreciate her body and the changes it had been through recently. This experience helped her honor herself and accept herself.
I’ve been lucky enough to have a total of four photoshoots with Paris! I’ve gotten to watch her grow into her confidence and self love and it helps remind me what boudoir is truly all about!
